TIB is a re-imagined pharmacy with a much broader scope of practice and services than a typical community pharmacy. We started working for TIB Pharmacy during Covid after it got approved as a Covid Testing facility.

Melodia Hospice care works with health care providers for streamlining home hospice care for terminally ill patients. We helped them increase their network of healthcare clients by running out of the box B2B marketing campaigns.

The challenge

When we initially started with TIB Pharmacy they had recently started offering Covid testing services as it was the start of the Covid Pandemic. We got approvals from Google Ads to use keywords regarding PCR, Antigens & Antibodies testing. Starting from a humble $8k per month spend, we scaled the ad spend to $90k within a space of 4 months while delivering a 14X ROAS.

To further expand pharmacy outreach, we got TIB Pharmacy approved through LegitScripts on Google Ads to expand into RX delivery. We were also able to expand into Hospices through several Alyce gifting campaigns and delivered B2B business to TIB Pharmacy.
We worked with Melodia care Hospice to increase their network of referral providers. We did this by running effective LInkedIn ad campaigns, reaching out to Healthcare providers who were working closely with patients requiring home hospice care,

We were able to 14X the revenue of TIB pharmacy by driving demand for the Covid testing services by using Google search ads along with constant tweaking of the landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Our work with Melodia hospice care resulted in increasing their sales pipeline by 30X which helped them to increase the number of their partners and hence were able to deliver a significant impact on their revenues.
